1. PAYMENTS TERMS:
You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase during the show, and Advanced Projector Technologies may charge your payment method for any products purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your purchase.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ADVANCED PROJECTOR TECHNOLOGIES WITH A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES.
2. PRICES & TAX TERMS:
Your total price will include the price of the products plus any applicable tax. Prices for products offered during the trade show may
change at any time, and the products do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
3. EXCHANGES POLICY:
At Advanced Projector Technologies, we make it our goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. Please carefully read our exchange policy.
We at Advanced Projector Technologies want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with our top of the line products. We currently offer product exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Regretfully, we are unable to provide refunds.
All sales are final. Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt to qualify for a product exchange. You will be issued with a credit redeemable for another product of a similar value. Please ensure all items are wrapped securely as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Please contact Customer Service info@AdvancedProjectortechnologies.com to obtain the shipping information and return address. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost.
Product exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and will be reviewed by our customer service team to determine the best resolution, take into account that it might take up to 4 business days after you request an exchange to be contacted by one of our representatives.
Once we receive your item. we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your exchange process after inspecting the item.
This exchange policy applies only to products purchased directly from Advanced Projector Technologies, through our official website. Products purchased through third party sellers or unauthorized websites are not eligible.
4. ONLINE PURCHASES:
You may only purchase or order items for non-commercial and lawful purposes and any other use is not permitted. You agree to pay for all charges noted herein as payable by you. You have to be 18 or older to purchase from the website.
5. WARRANTY:
Our Products come with a limited 5 year warranty. To initiate the warranty, simply reach out to us at info@AdvancedProjectortechnologies.com and we will be happy to assist in either troubleshooting your device or replacing it.
This warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from our Advanced Projector Technologies website. Products acquired through third party resellers or unauthorized websites are not eligible for warranty coverage.
6. Legal Notice
Advanced Projector Technologies (“APT”) sells its products exclusively through its official website, www.advancedprojectortechnologies.com, unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing.
APT is not affiliated with, does not authorize, and does not assume responsibility for any sales of APT-branded products made outside of our official website, including sales by third-party websites, resellers, retailers, exhibitors, or conference vendors, unless expressly approved by APT.
Products marketed or sold by third parties may be unauthorized, altered, improperly stored, or misrepresented. As a result, APT cannot guarantee the authenticity, quality, condition, safety, performance, or customer service associated with such purchases.
APT is not the seller of record for third-party transactions and does not participate in the sale, payment processing, fulfillment, customer service, warranties, refunds, or representations made by third-party vendors, whether sales occur online or in person.
Purchases made outside of APT’s official website are not eligible for returns, exchanges, warranties, or customer support from Advanced Projector Technologies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APT disclaims all liability for damages, defects, losses, or injuries arising from products purchased from third-party sellers. Any claims, disputes, or refund requests must be directed to the seller from whom the product was purchased.
